电化学治疗肝血管瘤的临床研究

Clinical Study on Electrochemical Treatment of Hepatic Hemangioma

目的:研究电化学疗法治疗肝血管瘤的可能性。方法:利用我国研制的电化学治疗仪和铂金电针进行临床研究,探讨合理的插针方法和所需电量。结果:106例中有94例(88.7%)血管瘤完全消失,7例部分消失(6.6%),5例无效(4.7%)。结论:电化学治疗肝血管瘤具有安全有效,创伤小,恢复快等优点,可视为治疗肝血管瘤的新方法。

Objective:To evaluate the possibility of electrochemical treatment(ECT) on hepatic hemangioma. Methods:The clinical study of rational inserting method and applied power was performed in 106 patients using nation-made electrochemical treatment instrument and platinum electrodes. Results: Hepatic hemangioma completely disappeared in 94 among 106 patients (88.7% ) ,partially disappeared in 7 patients (6.6%) and showed no change in 5 patients (4.7%). Conclusion: ECT is a safe, effective, less injury, and quick recovery method in treating hepatic hemangioma.
