The Literature Review of the Research on Community Banks

社区银行的存在,满足了中小企业多样化的融资需求,也适应了消费者差异化的需求偏好。国内外关于社区银行的研究主要集中于社区银行的概念、经营特征、竞争优势、经营效绩、风险防范等方面。2000年以来,我国学者开始借鉴国外社区银行的理论研究成果和实践发展经验,对我国成立社区银行的准入方式、市场定位、监管模式、产权制度模式、金融服务等五方面内容进行了深入地探讨。本文系统评析了这些研究成果的侧重点和创新之处,并提出了进一步研究的方向和思路。

The presence of community banks both meet the diverse financing needs of SME and are adapted to the needs of differ- entiated consumer preferences. Domestic and international researches on community banks have mainly focused on the concept of community banks, operating characteristics, competitive advantage, business performance, risk prevention and so on. Since 2000, learning from the theory research and practice experience of the foreign community banks, Chinese scholars have began to study five aspects of Chinese community banks such as access, market orientation, regulatory mode, property rights system pattern and financial service. The paper systematically comments on the keystones and innovations, points out the problems, and puts forward further re- search direction.
