供应链协同对运营绩效的影响

An Empirical Study on the Effect of Supply Chain Coordination on Supply Chain Operating Performance

文章运用实证方法探讨了供应链协同与供应链运营绩效的维度构成,以及供应链协同对供应链运营绩效的影响。实证研究结果表明,供应链协同中的信息共享对供应链运营绩效中的交货期、柔性能力、产品质量具有正向作用,而同步决策对供应链运营绩效中的交货期、顾客服务、产品质量具有正向作用,只有激励联盟对供应链运营绩效的全部维度具有正向作用。因此对企业而言,为提高供应链运营绩效,除注重信息共享、同步决策外,还要特别注重激励联盟给合作带来的利益,只有充分发挥协同效应,才能提高供应链运营绩效。

With the help of an empirical study, the dimension constitution of supply chain collaboration and supply chain operating performance and the influence of supply chain collaboration on its operating performance is researched. It shows that information sharing in supply chain coordination has positive effects on date of delivery, flexible capacity and product quality of the operating performance. Synchronization decision has positive effects on date of delivery, customer service and product quality of the operating performance. Only the incentive alliance has the positive effect on all the dimensions of supply chain operating performance. Therefore, to improve the operation performance of supply chain, besides information sharing and synchronization decision, the enterprises should pay special attention to the benefits of incentive alliance in cooperatiom only with the help of synergistic effect, will the supply chain operating performance be improved.
