摘要
企业文化是企业在长期的发展过程中形成的独具特色的文化管理模式,并以文化的力量推动企业的长期发展。但我国的企业文化还没有形成整体模式,在建设过程中也存在误区。在当前新形势之下,企业文化创新已成为企业创新不可分割的重要组成部分。发展有中国特色的企业文化,要从理论和实践两方面来把握,进一步加强研究,提出有中国特色的企业文化理论,指导企业文化建设实践,同时正确处理企业文化与社会文化的关系,注重企业环境变化对企业文化发展的影响,以真正适应改革开放的需要,适应我国的现代化进程。
Corporate culture is the pattern of culture management that is formed during the process of corporate development. As a force of culture, it drives the tong term development for the enterprises. But there is not a comprehensive pattern in terms of China's corporate culture development; and there is some misunderstanding in the development of that. In the current new situation, innovation in corporate culture is one of the indivisible components of corporate innovation. To develop corporate culture with Chinese characteristics, we should maintain the correct development orientation in terms of theory and practice, strengthen research on this, put forward corporate culture theories with Chinese characteristics, provide guidance for the development of corporate culture, correctly handle the relationship between corporate culture and social culture, pay more attention to the impact of changes in corporate environment on the development of corporate culture and meet the requirement of reform and opening up and the progress of China's modernization.
