Bone Modeling Based on Inhomogeneous and Anisotropy Properties

摘要 为了建立针对专门患者的精确骨生物力学模型,研究通过在骨生物力学模型中引入非均匀各向异性特性来提高骨的精确性,同时通过建立患者医学影像信息和生物力学参数之间的关系,使所建立的骨的生物力学特性模型更加个性化.最后利用有限元方法对所建立的非均匀各向异性骨生物力学模型进行解算.比较有限元仿真计算结果和相应的生物力学实验数据,结果显示二者在趋势和数值方面吻合度很好,同时将相同条件下非均匀各向异性有限元仿真结果和均匀各向同性仿真模型分别与生物力学实验数据做比较,结果表明非均匀各向异性骨模型与生物力学实验结果间误差更小,基于医学影像信息非均匀各向异性骨模型比均匀各向同性骨模型精确性更高,并且能有效体现专门患者骨的力学特性. The aim of this study is to develop a special patient accurate bone biomechanical model. Inhomoge- neous properties and anisotropy properties are included in bone biomechanical model improving model accuracy. The connection is established between medical image information and biomechanical parameters to realize individual model. Finally, finite element method is included to simulate inhomogeneous and anisotropy bone. Contrast of in- homogeneous anisotropy properties bone simulation results and biomechanical experiment results shows that the two curves match well both trend and value. Comparing inhomogeneous anisotropy properties bone simulation results or homogeneous isotropic bone simulation results with biomechanical experiment results, inhomogeneous anisotropy properties bone model is more accurate and can simulate special patient bone biomechanics.
