摘要
针对电磁流量计测量过程中各种干扰对系统测量精确度和稳定性的影响,提出了一种新的信号处理方法.首先分析了几种干扰产生的机理和特征,然后设计了电磁流量计励磁电路,信号采集电路,电平提升电路和精密全波整流电路.并结合模拟开关技术给出了信号波形的处理方法.实验证明,这种方法能够有效地抑制干扰,提高系统稳定性和测量精确度.
Aiming at eliminating the influence of various interferences on the system accuracy and stability dur- ing the measurement process of electromagnetic flowmeter, the paper proposed a new signal processing method. First we analyzed the mechanisms and characteristics generated by several interference resources, and designed the electromagnetic flowmeter excitation circuit, the signal acquisition circuit, voltage enhancement circuit and precious full-wave rectifier circuit. Then combining with the analog switch technology, we gave the disposal approach of sig- nal waveform. Experiments showed that this method can effectively suppress interference and increase system stabil- ity and measurement accuracy.
