摘要
目的研究低聚甘露糖醛酸对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法利用MTT法测定低聚甘露糖醛酸对脾细胞增殖的作用,对刀豆蛋白A(ConA)和脂多糖(LPS)所致的小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖的影响;利用中性红法测定低聚甘露糖醛酸对巨噬细胞吞噬活性的影响;采用血清溶血素法测定低聚甘露糖醛酸对鸡红细胞所致的小鼠溶血素抗体生成的影响。同时观察了低聚甘露糖醛酸对小鼠体重,以及胸腺指数和脾脏指数的作用。结果低聚甘露糖醛酸能促进脾细胞增殖,促进ConA和LPS所致的脾淋巴细胞增殖,提高巨噬细胞的吞噬功能,提高小鼠血清溶血素含量,提高小鼠的脾脏指数。结论低聚甘露糖醛酸具有显著的免疫调节作用。
Objective To study the effects of mannuronate o[igomers on immune function in mice Methods Determined the effect of mannuronate oligomers on spleen cell proliferation, and lymphocyte transfor- mation using MTT method, and measured the phagocytosis ability of mononuclear phagocytes using neutral red method. Detected hemolysin concentration in mice serum caused by chicken red blood cell. Mice body weight, thymus index and spleen index after given mannuronate oligomers were measured as well. Results results showed that mannuronate oligomers could promote spleen cell proliferation, T-cell and B-cell proliferation, enhance macrophage phagocytic function, increase serum hemolysin concentra- tion and spleen index. Conclusion mannuronate oligomers have significant immunoregulation effects in mice.
