首先总结矿业公司工程的特点,依据新《招投标实施条例》,多角度剖析当前矿业公司招标存在的重要问题,如邀请招标现象突出等,最后针对性地提出了按法律法规确定招标方式和全过程监督等几点措施,以利于规范矿业公司招标现状,加速其招标国际化进程。

The paper summarizes the characteristics of the mining projects, and then according to the new ＂ the implementation regulations＂, analyzes existing problems in the invitation of bids of mining companies ,for example the prevailing phenomenon of private invitation of bidding and so on. Finally, measures such as a law-abiding invitation of bids method and whole process supervision are put forward in order to regulate mining companies＇ invitation of bids status and to accelerate the internationalization progress of invitation of bids.
