疟疾基因组计划及其在疟疾研究中的作用

摘要 当前恶性疟原虫的基因组分析主要在于鉴定与治疗和疫苗研制有关的基因 ,但其最终目的在于从不同层次上对恶性疟原虫整个基因组进行分析 。
