幼年型粒单核细胞白血病发病机制和诊断标准 被引量：4

摘要 幼年型粒单核细胞白血病（JMML）为儿童早期阶段一种少见类型髓系肿瘤，具有特定的发病年龄和性别分布，常规化疗疗效和预后极差。近年研究结果充分显示，RAS信号路径相关基因突变为JMML的关键发病机制，该路径相关基因突变及类型检测也成为JMML重要诊断和鉴别诊断依据。现重点介绍JMML的发病机制进展，并结合作者的诊治体会，讨论JMML诊断标准和要点。
