卵巢上皮性肿瘤雌激素受体,孕激素受体测定的临床意义

Clinical Significance of Testing Estrogen and Progesterone Receptors in Patients with Ovarian Epithelial Tumor

目的：探讨雌激素受体（ＥＲ）、孕激素受体（ＰＲ）在卵巢原发性上皮性肿瘤中的临床意义。方法：采用免疫组化法测定６７例恶性肿瘤、４４例良性肿瘤和１０例正常卵巢ＥＲ、ＰＲ状态。结果：ＥＲ、ＰＲ阳性率在恶性肿瘤分别为５８．２％、２６．９％，良性肿瘤分别为３６．４％、３１．６％，正常卵巢各为４０％、７０％。恶性肿瘤ＥＲ表达明显高于良性肿瘤及正常卵巢（Ｐ〈０．０５），而ＰＲ表达则较低（Ｐ〈０．０５）。

Objective:To probe the clinical significance of testing estrogen receptor (ER) and progesterone receptor (PR) in pa-tients with ovarian epithelial tumor. Methods:The immunohistochemical detection of ER and PR was performed in 67 cases of malignant tumor,44 cases of benign tumor and 10 cases of normal ovary. Results:The positive rates of ER and PR in ma-lignant tumor,benign tumor and normal ovary were 58.2% and 26.9% ,36.4% and 31.6% ,40.0% and 70.0% respec-tively . The ER expression in malignant tumor was obviously higher than that in benign tumor or normal ovary (P <C 0.05), the PR expression was lower (P < 0.05). Based on multivariate analysis, the PR status was associated with improved surviv-al (P<0.05). The follow-up information suggested that steroid receptors positive status were correlated with a long survival time. Conclusion:The ER and PR status were relevant to prognosis in ovarian epithelial carcinomas.
