摘要
要走出正义理论纷争、形成正确的正义理论、制定合理的正义原则、建立有序的社会生活,就必需考察正义的合理方法。这一方法就是整体性方法,它以人类社会为其立论基础,将社会整体的各个结构因素、发展过程和目标结合起来以寻求正义,克服了目前仍然通行于西方的个体论方法所具有的缺陷。
The premise of getting out of the justice theory disputes, forming a correct theory of justice, and formulating the rational principles of justice and establishing an orderly social life is to have a reasonable method to investigate justice. That method is the integral method. It takes the human society as its theoretical basis and combines the various structural factors of the society, the development process, the goal as a whole to seek justice. So it overcomes the defects of the individual method that is still popular in the West at present.
