摘要
目的:以脐血砷、硒水平为指标,探讨两种元素对于新生儿生长发育的影响。方法:选择在该院出生的足月新生儿213例作为研究对象,采集新生儿脐带血并测定脐血砷和脐血硒。结果:脐血砷水平与新生儿体重及身长的相关性不明显,差异无统计学意义(体重:r=-0.031,P=0.682;身长:r=-0.082,P=0.253)。而脐血砷水平与头围呈正相关,差异有统计学意义(r=0.322,P=0.000),脐血硒水平与体重和身长的相关性不显著,差异无统计学意义(体重:r=0.343,P=0.062;身长:r=0.295,P=0.081)。而脐血硒水平与头围呈负相关,差异有统计学意义(r=-0.413,P=0.000),新生儿头围与脐血砷水平存在正相关(β=0.08,P=0.00),与脐血硒水平的相关性无明显统计学意义(β=-0.03,P=0.31)。结论:新生儿脐血砷水平对于新生儿的生长发育存在负面影响,而微量元素硒则可能能够拮抗这种不良么应。
Objective: To explore the effects of arsenic and selenium in umbilical cord blood on neonatal growth anddevelopment. Methods: A total of 213 full -term neonates in the hospital were selected as study objects. The levels of arsenic and selenium in umbilical cord blood of the neonates were collected and detected. Results: The correlation between the arsenic concentration in umbilical cord blood and neonatal weight and length was not obvious, there was no statistically significant difference ( weight : y = - 0. 031 , P = 0. 682 ; height : T = - 0. 082, P = 0. 253) . But the arsenic concentration in umbilical cord blood was positively correlated with head circ'- umference, there was statistically significant difference (T = 0. 322, P = 0. 000) . The correlation between selenium concentration in umbili- cal cord blood and neonatal weight and length was not obvious, there was no statistically significant difference (weight : y = 0. 343, P = 0. 062 ; height : T = 0. 295, P = 0. 081 ) . But the selenium concentration in umbilical cord blood was negatively correlated with head circum- ference, there was statistically significant difference (y : -0. 413, P = 0. 000) . The neonatal head circumference was positively correlated with arsenic concentration in umbilical cord blood (β = 0. 08, P = 0. 00), but there was no correlation between neonatal head circumference and seteninm concentration in umbihca[ cord blood (β = - 0. 03, P = 0. 31 ) . Conclusion: The arsenic concentration in umbilical cord blood has negative impact on neonatal growth and development, while selenium might antagonize this side effect.
