乳山市农村小学生心理健康状况调查

Study on psychological health state of rural primary school students in Rushan city

摘要 目的:了解乳山市农村小学生的心理健康状况,为有效解决小学生的心理健康问题提供理论依据。方法:采用随机整群抽样法随机抽取乳山市10所小学共3 000名。结果:行为障碍、学习障碍、情绪障碍、性格缺陷得分均值分别为4.38、3.37、3.25和3.23;从偏离检出率分析得偏离检出率较高的依次为行为障碍(16.1%)、学习障碍(14.8%)、性格缺陷(15.7%)、社会适应障碍(13.2%)等。小学生心理健康的影响因素包括性别、年龄、班级、母亲职业、家庭月收入等。结论:乳山市农村小学生均存在不同的心理健康问题,应采取有效措施改善其心理健康状况。 Objective: To understand the current situation of psychological health among rural primary school students in Rushan city, and provide a theoretical basis for solving psychological health problems of the pupils effectively. Methods: Three thousand students were selected from 10 schools by multistage cluster sampling method in rural areas of Rushan city. Results: The mean scores of behavioral problems, learning disabilities, emotional disturbance, character flaws were 4. 38, 3.37, 3.25, and 3.23, respectively; the detection rates of deviation from high to low were conduct disorder ( 16. 1% ), learning disabilities ( 14. 8% ), mood disorders ( 15.7% ), personality de- fects ( 13.2% ) , and so on. The influencing factors of psychological health of the primary school students in rural area of Rushan city were sex, age, class, maternal occupation, and family monthly income, and so on. Conclusion: There are different psychological problems a- mong the primary school students in rural area of Rushan city, effective measures should be taken to improve their psychological health.
