Investigation on reproductive health knowledge and demand of female workers from a factory in Baoan district of Shenzhen city

目的:了解深圳市宝安区某工厂女工生殖健康知识的现状和需求,探讨其影响因素。方法:采用随机分层整群抽样方法,抽取3 622名女工进行问卷调查。结果:女工生殖健康知识缺乏,中位数为16分。非条件Logistic回归显示年龄越大、文化程度越高、已婚、患有生殖系统疾病、愿意交流生殖健康知识者知识总得分高。结论:外来女工生殖健康知识缺乏,生殖健康知识及服务需求量大,应该充分关注外来女工的生殖健康,因人而异,开展多种形式的生殖健康知识教育。

Objective： To understand the current situation and demand of reproductive health knowledge of female workers fi＇om a factory in Baoan district of Shenzhen city, and explore the influencing factors. Methods： Random stratified cluster sampling method was used to select 3 622 female workers, then a questionnaire survey was conducted. Results： The female workers lacked reproductive health knowledge, the median score was 16. Unconditional logistic regression analysis indicated that the older maternal age was, the higher educa- tional level was, the total scores were high among the married women, the female workers with reproductive system diseases, and the female workers willing to talk about reproductive health knowledge. Conclusion： The migrant female workers lack reproductive health knowledge, the demand on reproductive health knowledge and service is large, the reproductive health of migrant female workers should be paid more at- tention to, it varies from person to person, multiform reproductive health knowledge education should be conducted.
