The Confrontation and Integration of Internalist Semantics and Externalist Semantics

内在论语义学与外在论语义学立足于各自不同的语言哲学立场,试图对语言与世界之间的关系以及意义的来源、本质和真理性等问题作出回答,两者之间的纠缠伴随着心理主义、实证主义、历史主义和自然主义等思想流派的对立和争执,同时也与语词内涵、外延、含义和指称等问题的研究密切相关。内在论语义学与外在论语义学之间的对立与分隔只具有相对的意义,而科学语境论思想的提出则为两者的融合与统一提供了重要的平台与基础。

The internalist semantics and externalist semantics semantics try to answer questions about the relation between language and world, the origin and essence of meaning, truth based on their own different language philosophy position. The entanglement between them accompa- nied by the opposition and debate of psychologism, positivism, historicism, naturalism and such ideological schools, also it is closely connected with the study of intension, extension,meaning, reference and such questions. There is a relativity about the confrontation and septation of in- ternalist semantics and externalist semantics, and the proposition o~ scientific contextual theory provide a important platform and foundation for the integration and unification of internalist semantics and externalist semantics.
