摘要
技术领先型集群具有促进知识生产的三重机制:通过高工资-高劳动生产率的正反馈循环促进个人对职业能力的投资与提供更多相互学习的机会来促进个人职业能力的提高;研发活动的外部性、组织之间的合作与竞争促使企业开展更多的研发活动并将其置于集群集中进行;专业性服务机构与有关信息的易获得性促进了企业家精神的培育,更多的创业活动导致研发资源的重组与研发效率的提升。集群具有更高的知识生产效率可以用伯列恩特与藤田昌久建立的合作知识生产模型解析地说明。
The knowledge production mechanism in the technologically leading cluster includes three aspects. The first one is to promote the em- ployee's vocational capabilities through inciting more individual investment on his vocational capability and providing more chances to communi- cate with those of same voeational practice. The second one is to enforce firms to carry out more R&D activities in the cluster due to the fierce competition and extensive cooperation. The third one is to cultivate entrepreneurship and to promote the efficiency of R&D activities by recom- bining the R&D resources due to the easy access to the professional service and relevant information. The high efficiency of knowledge produc- tion in the technologically leading cluster can be analytically expounded by the Berliant-Fuiita cooperative knowledge production model.
