摘要
近年来,国内外在搪玻璃反应釜生产中均有采用双元组合面釉,一种是在一种面釉表面再覆盖一层另一种罩面釉的双元双层面釉,罩面釉的耐酸耐碱性能较好,从而提高搪玻璃层的化学稳定性;另一种是两种面釉粉料互相混和后进行搪烧的双元混合面釉,其中一种烧成温度较低但成本较高,另一种烧成温度较高但成本较低或理化性能较好,这两种釉粉相互以不同重量比例混合,同时加涂到反应釜表面,可以改善搪玻璃的烧成工艺。以上两类双元组合面釉已在生产实践中应用,并有相应的效果,但对两种釉在烧成整体时相互间的作用,
The industrial cover enamel which is made by mixed two different enamel layers, is used for producing glass-lined steel reactors. In this paper, the diffusion of some elements such as Zr, Ti and Co in these enamels has been studied. The results of the scanning electron probe micro-analysis show that in these enamels fired at 860℃, diffusion of Zr is very fast but of Ti or Co is very slow. The effect of Zr diffusion on the properties of those enamels has also been discussed.
