The incidental music in Yunnan minority has turned over a new leaf to the development of the movie music. It has broken the routine compositional techniques, learned and introduced a lot of minority music dements and sound ideas, and created many excellent artistic works that reflect the social development, local customs and spirit of Yunan minorities. It represents chinese film music has made one big step of nationalization, and its social and humanistic value should not be underestimated. This thesis is mainly analyzing and reserehing the artistic feattLres including compositional techniques, manifestation and the combination of function and sounds and pictures, then digging the unique minority charm.
