山西省10所综合医院抗菌药物合理使用干预的调查评价

Evaluation and Investigation Intervention for Rational Use of Antibiotics of 10 General Hospitals in Shanxi Province

目的:评价山西省综合医院实施综合干预的手段后抗菌药物的使用情况,促进抗菌药物的合理使用。方法:采用行政管理和宣传教育等多种手段对山西地区医疗卫生机构进行干预,随机抽取山西省10所综合医院2007、2010年住院患者病历各1000份,利用改进后的抗菌药物合理使用国际指标进行干预前、后的对照研究。结果:与干预前比较,干预后患者使用抗菌药物的百分率、患者使用抗菌药物的平均品种数、患者使用抗菌药物费用构成比、接受抗菌药物治疗患者的平均治疗天数、手术患者抗菌药物平均使用天数、使用抗菌药物患者的平均住院日比较均显著改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:合理用药干预措施具有良好的可行性和有效性,对抗菌药物安全、有效、经济地使用起到了积极的促进作用。

OBJECTIVE ： To evaluate the use of antibiotics in general hospitals of Shanxi province and promote rational use of antibiotics by comprehensive intervention measure. METHODS： Administration management, education and other intervention measures were provided for medical institutions in Shanxi province. The international indicators were applied to evaluate the use of antibiotics in 1 000 discharged medical records which were randomly selected from 10 general hospitals of Shanxi province in 2007 and 2010. RESULTS： After intervention, statistical significance was noted in utilization of antibiotics, the average number of antibiotics, the ratio of antibiotics costs, the average days of antibiotics for treatment, the average days of antibiotics for surgical patients, the average length of hospitalization stay （P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION： The intervention methods used are proved practicable and effective for rational drug use. They will contribute to the safe, effective and economical use of antibiotics.
