摘要
采用层次分析法和专家访谈法等,对社会体育专业大学生就业能力评价指标进行研究。确立了基于微观个体、中观环境和宏观政策三个评估维度的21个以职业为导向的社会体育专业大学生就业能力评价指标。
Studying the employability evaluation index system of career-oriented social sports professional students by using the methods of analytic hierarchy process and interview with experts.The establishment of 21 indexes is based on micro individual,medium environment and macro policy.
