运用文献资料、归纳等研究方法从学生个体差异的视角,根据"和而不同,谐而不一"的和谐社会本质精神提出以差异性体育教学目标、多样化教学模式和开放式教学管理作为普通高校体育教学改革的基本目标。

From the angle of students′ individual differences,the study adopts the methods of literature material,contrast and logical analysis to put forward that common university teaching should take the different sports teaching goal,diversity teaching model,and open teaching management as the basic aim of physical educational reform based on the social spirit of common but different,harmonious but not same which is the nature spirit of harmonious social.
