摘要
目的 :确定阿仑膦酸钠片的制备工艺。方法 :通过辅料的选择 ,处方设计与筛选 ,确定最佳处方。结果 :所制片剂质量稳定 ,符合设计要求。结论 :该制剂适用于工业生产 ,具有临床应用价值。
OBJECTIVE:To develope the preparing technique of alendronate sodium tablets.METHODS: By selecting excipients and screening formulas, the best prescription was selected.RESULTS:The prepared tablets possessed stable quality and accorded with the demands of design.CONCLUSION:The preparation is suited for industrial production and is valuable in clinical use
