多波长吸光度比值差法测定氯雷酊的含量

ASSAY OF CHLORAMPHENICOL AND RESORCINOL TINCTURE BY MULTIWAVELENGTH ABSORBANCE RATIO DIFFERENCE SPECTROPHOTOMETRY

目的 :直接测定氯雷酊中氯霉素和间苯二酚的含量。方法 :应用多波长吸光度比值差法 ,测定波长为 2 6 5、2 70、2 74、2 78nm。结果 :平均回收率分别为 10 0 .2 % (RSD =0 .6 0 % )和 99.6 8% (RSD =0 .5 2 % )。结论 :方法简便 ,结果准确 ,适宜于医院制剂分析。

OBJECTIVE:To directly determine the contents of chloramphenicol and resorcinol in chloramphenicol and resorcinol tincture.METHODS: With the wavelengths of 265,270,274,and 278 nm as determinable points,the multiwavelength absorbance ratio difference spectrophotometry was used.RESULTS:The average recoveries were 100.2%( RSD = 0.60%) and 99.68%( RSD =0.52%), respectively.CONCLUSION: The method was simple,accurate,and was suitable for hospitae preparation analysis.
