针对近年来关于甲壳素、壳聚糖对水产动物免疫功能的影响,及其在水产饲料中的应用进行介绍。

The current research about the function of chitin and chitosan,as novel immunostimutants,on enhancing aqua-animal immunity and prohibiting diseases were summarized.And the future application of chitin and chitosan in aqua-feed were also discussed.
