基于高压水力割缝工艺的煤巷快速消突技术 被引量:19

Quick Eliminating Outburst Technology of Coal Mine Based on High-pressure Hydraulic Slotting Process

摘要 突出煤层的煤巷掘进是突出矿井瓦斯灾害治理的重点之一。降低突出煤层的瓦斯压力、含量,转移其承载的地应力是解决问题的关键。通过水力割缝工艺,从地应力角度入手,在煤体中利用水力割缝形成空间,人为再造裂隙和微裂隙,使突出煤层的瓦斯得到释放,地应力得到转移。现场试验表明,水力割缝后煤巷钻孔瓦斯涌出初速度q值得到降低,瓦斯钻屑量S值明显降低,巷道月平均进尺由80~90 m提高到90~110 m,同时由于水力割缝钻孔有效影响半径的增大,减少32.6%的钻孔施工量。 Coal roadway driving in outburst coal seam is one of the focus of the gas disaster control in outburst mine. Reducing gas pres- sure, content and transferring its loaded ground stress of oulburst coal seam are the keys to solve the problem. Through the hydraulic slotting process, starting fronl the ground stress, using the process of hydraulic slotting to form fissures and micro - fissures in coal body, the gas in outburst coal seam is liberated and the ground stress is transferred. The field test shows that gas emission initial veloci- ty q of eoal mine borehole is redueed, S value of drilling cutting weight is reduced obviously. The month average footage of roadway is increased from 80 - 90 m to 90 - 110 m. Due to the increase of effective influence radius of hydraulic slotting drillings, the amount of bureholes (onstruction decreases by 32.6%.
