采煤机牵引变频器故障监测系统的设计

Design of the Fault Monitoring System for Coal Mining Machine Traction Inverter

设计了一种采煤机牵引变频器故障监测系统,对采煤机牵引变频器故障监测系统的设计方案、温度监测电路、直流母线电压检测电路、交流输出电流检测电路、系统软件进行了介绍。实验结果证明了该故障检测系统的正确性和可行性。

This paper designs a kind of coal mining machine traction inverter fault monitoring system, and the coal machine traction in- verier fault monitoring system design seheme, temperature detection current, de bus voltage measure circuit, ac output current detec- tion circuit, system software are introduced. The experimental results prove the correctness and feasibility of the fault deteetion system.
