针对目前国内中存在的问题,根据防突要求,结合实际实施应用效果和突出事故案例,从突出危险性预测(效果检验)、防突措施和安全防护措施等3个方面,探讨了现行综合防突措施存在的问题。

Aiming at the existing problems of domestic comprehensive outburst prevention measure application at present, according to the requirements of outburst prevention, combined with the actual implementation effect and outburst accident cases, the existing prob- lems of current comprehensive outburst prevention measures are discussed from outburst risk prediction （ validity check）, outbm＇st pre- vention measures and safety measures three aspects.
