中国服务贸易竞争力提升研究——基于全球主要服务贸易国家面板数据的实证分析 被引量:24

摘要 我国已成为名副其实的服务贸易大国,但通过服务贸易竞争力系列指标(TC指数、RCA指数和CA指数)研究后发现,我国服务贸易整体竞争力较弱。服务业集聚能强化服务贸易企业的区位选择要素,使得在服务业集聚区内,服务贸易企业的需求、供给和市场基础更加完善,竞争力得以大幅提升。为验证服务业集聚对服务贸易竞争力提升的促进作用,本文采用2002~2010年全球23个主要服务贸易国家的面板数据,对影响服务贸易竞争力的因素进行实证研究。研究发现,服务业集聚对服务贸易竞争力提升具有显著促进作用,其系数高达1.4954。为此,我国应加大服务业集聚区的建设。政府在制定政策时,应将引资战略与集聚战略相结合,促进服务贸易与服务业集聚的互动式发展。 China has become an important country of service trade in the world. The thesis calculates and analyzes the competi- tiveness of service trade by means of TC index, RCA index and CA index. The thesis finds that the competitiveness of service trade in China is weak. Service industry cluster can enforce service trade enterprises' location choice factors. It makes service trade become more competitive. In order to verify service industry cluster can upgrade the competitiveness of service trade, the thesis studies 23 main service trade countries in the world based on the panel-data from 2002 to 2010.The study shows that service trade cluster (1.4954)has obvious effect on service trade competitiveness. Accelerating the pace of building service trade cluster is a priority for China to upgrade service trade competitiveness. The government should combine the investment with cluster strategy in the formulation of policies, promoting service trade and service industry cluster to develop interactively.
