摘要
目的考察川芎挥发油对丹皮酚的体外透皮性质的影响。方法用高效液相色谱法测定丹皮酚含量,用药物透皮扩散试验仪检测丹皮酚饱和水溶液透过小鼠皮肤的能力,分别加入一定质量浓度的川芎挥发油或氮酮,据扩散量(Q)计算川芎挥发油对丹皮酚透皮能力的影响,并与氮酮的作用进行对比。结果丹皮酚持续透皮12 h的透皮速率约1.4μg/(cm2.h)。100 g/L川芎挥发油能使丹皮酚的透皮速率达到40μg/(cm2.h)以上,加入氮酮能进一步促进丹皮酚经皮渗透。结论川芎挥发油能促进丹皮酚的经皮渗透。
Objective To investigate the effect of Chuanxiong essential oil on paeonol trsdermal penetration in vitro. Methods HPLC was employed to determine paeonol and diffusion cell was used to determine the amount of paeonol transdermal penetration in the buffer solution. The diffusion equation Q expressed the effect of Chuanxiong essential oil on paeonol transdermal penetration in vitro. Results paeonol transdermal penetration was sustained for more than 12 h with velocity about 1.4 μg/(cm^2· h). Chuanxiong essential oil acclerated the transdermal penetration of paeonol to more than 40 μg/(cm^2· h), and azone even improved the process. Conclusion Chuanxiong essential oil acclerated the transdermal penetration of paeonol in vitro.
