影响新疆工业部门节能目标实现的因素分析

An Analysis of the Factors Affecting Energy Saving of Industrial Sectors in Xinjiang

结合新疆的能耗特点,本文选择技术水平、产权结构、能源消耗结构作为影响新疆工业部门能耗的主要因素,并以其为解释变量,新疆工业部门各行业的能耗强度为被解释变量,建立面板数据回归模型,分析得到了这三个因素对工业部门各行业能耗强度的影响情况。结果表明,各行业能源消耗强度的变化因行业自身特点的不同所以其影响因素也不相同。在所有行业中,技术因素都对其能耗强度的变化有影响;产权结构因素对采矿类、机械设备制造类、金属制造类以及剩余行业部门的能耗强度变化有影响;能耗结构因素对采矿类、化工类及除机械设备制造类、金属制造类、电力燃气类之外的剩余行业部门的能耗强度变化有影响。

Combined with the characteristics of energy consumption in Xinjiang, choosing the technical level, the property right structure, energy consumption structure as the main factors influencing industrial sector energy consumption in Xinjiang, taking them as explanatory variables, energy consumption intensity of industrial departments in Xinjiang as the dependent varia ble, the paper studies the influence of the three factors on the industrial sector energy consumption by establishing panel data model and making an analysis. The results show that because of differences of industrial characteristics, factors influencing the change of industry energy consumption intensity are also different. In all different types of industry, the technical factor influences the change of their energy consumption intensity ; Property rights structure influences that of mining class, machinery and equip ment manufacturing, metal manufacturing and residual industry department; The energy consumption structure influences that of mining class, chemical and other departments except mechanical equipment manufacturing, metal manufacturing, and electricity gas.
