新疆高校贫困大学生资助现状调查——以新疆财经大学为例

An Investigation on Status Quo of Poor College Students in Xinjiang

随着我国高等教育体制改革的不断深化，尤其是实行扩招和缴费上学制度以来，高校中贫困生数量有所增加，贫困生群体越来越大。贫困生由于经济困难而引发的一系列社会问题也逐渐引起人们的关注。新疆高校贫困生呈现出规模大、比例高，少数民族贫困生数量多，内地生源家庭经济困难学生多等特点。新疆高校大多已建立起包括国家奖助学金、校级奖助学金、校友及社会单位设立的奖助学金等在内的资助体系。但在具体的资助过程中，尚存在精神资助相对不足、奖学金和助学金比例失衡等问题。今后可通过加强学生诚信教育、经济资助与精神资助相结合、积极推行校园贷款、合理调整奖助学金比例等举措，完善高校贫困生资助体系。切实帮助学生顺利完成学业，促进贫困大学生全面健康发展。

With the deepening of China＇ s higher education system reform, espeeially since the implementation of the enrollment and payment to sehool system, the increase in the number of poor students in universities increasingly enlarge the populations of poor students. Poor students, due to economic difficulties caused by a series of social problems have gradually caused public eoncern. The poor college students in Xinjiang are of a large - scale, high proportion, big number of ethnic minorities and students of economically disadvantaged families from the inland. Most of the Universities of Xinjiang has established the financial aid system including national scholarships, university -level scholarships, scholarships established by Alumni and social units. However, in the funding proeess, problems such as the shortage of spiritual assistance and imbalance between scholarships and grants still exist. In future, by such measures as combining strengthening the integrity of student education, financial aid and spiritual fund, actively implement the campus loans and reasonably adjust the proportion of scholarships are suggested to taken to improve the poor college student subsidy system, help them successfully complete their studies, and promote the healthy development of the poor students
