高速柔壁自适应壁风洞中半模型试验技术研究

摘要 为了克服自适应壁风洞在模型支撑方面的困难和加大试验模型,提高试验雷诺数,西北工业大学在高速二元柔壁自适应壁风洞中开展了半模型试验技术的研究。采用基于平均流线概念的二元计算方法和以消除模型轴线洞壁干扰为目的的三元计算方法,两种方法均以沿上下柔壁中线所实测的洞壁压力分布为计算依据。试验采用有对比试验数据的AEDC WIM1T洞壁干扰测压模型,堵塞比为3.38%。在所作的试验状态下其试验结果与AEDC 4T风洞的实验结果比较吻合,表明在高速二元柔壁自适应壁风洞中采用半模型试验是可行的。 For avoiding the difficult of model support in high speed adaptive wa ll wind tunnel, as well as for increasing the testing model size to raise the te sting Reynolds number, some research units in world are developing the half mode l testing technique in adaptive wall wind tunnel. This paper describes the progr ess obtained on the half model testing technique research in high speed adaptive wall wind tunnel in Northwestern Polytechnical University (NPU).Two methods are used in NPU, one is the 2D method depending upon the idea of average streamli ne, the other is 3D method for the aim of reducing the wall interference along model's axis. The measured pressure distribution along the ce nterline of top and bottom flexible wall is used as calculating basis in above t wo methods. The experimental verify was done in NPU 2D highspeed flexible ad ap tive wall wind tunnel. The AEDC WIM 1T wall interference pressure model was used as testing half model for testing data comparison. The blockage of half model i n NPU wind tunnel is 3.38%. The test results done in NPU are well agreed with AE DC 4T wind tunnel. It is shown that testing half model in 2D highspeed flexi ble adaptive wall wind tunnel is available.
