平衡矩阵模式下如何做好设计项目计划管理工作

Study on Design Project Plan Management Based on Balance Matrix Model

本文简要的对国内勘测设计企业目前三种主要的项目管理组织模式进行了介绍,对它们的适用范围进行了说明。重点对NWH设计院目前采用的"平衡矩阵式"项目管理模式进行了分析研究,提出了该模式下做好设计计划管理的四个方面,并对如何做好这四个方面进行了探讨,对采用"平衡矩阵式"项目管理模式的其他设计企业做好计划管理工作具有一定的指导作用。

The paper briefly introduces the definition and scope of application about the three main project management modes, which are widely used on domestic survey and design enterprises. Project management plan control based on balanced matrix organization structure of NWH is emphatically studied, Four key points andhow to do the four key points well, in respect to project management plan control are established. The results may provide valuable reference for project management plan control based on balanced matrix organization structure.
