摘要
本文对国内在建CPR1000核电站汽机监视系统(GME)的汽机润滑、顶轴和盘车系统(GGR)轴瓦温度跳机保护初步设计方案进行了分析和研究,在考虑安全及单一故障准则下,通过改进轴瓦温度监视信号的卡件分配原则及组态方案,避免了因卡件故障而造成二取二跳机保护的轴瓦温度保护功能的丧失,确保了机组的长期安全稳定运行。
This article made an analyses and research of the CPRI000 Nuclear Power plant GME system about GGR bearings temperature shutdown protection Preliminary design scheme. Base on the considering of safety and single failure criterion, by the improvement of bearing temperature monitoring signal card distribution principle and configuration scheme, the new scheme realizes that long-term stable operation of unit and avoiding the loss of bearing temperature protection function caused by two out of two shutdown protection which blamed on the card fault.
