课程差异教学中弹性分组策略的运用与评价——以大学计算机课程为例 被引量:2

摘要 差异教学是立足学生个性差异,满足学生个别学习需要,促进每个学生在原有基础上得到充分发展的教学方法。高校课程改革中应根据学生在不同章节知识点存在知识基础、学习方法、学习目标等方面的差异,动态地对学生学习特征进行差异测评。根据测评分进行弹性分组课堂教学,利用网络平台进行弹性分组差异辅导教学,构建全方位多元化弹性分组差异教学体系。实践证明,差异教学效果明显,教师能因材施教,学生能主动学习,达到真正教与学的统一,学生在全面发展基础上最大限度地促进个性化发展,有利于创新人才的培养。 Based on students' individual differences, difference teaching is to satisfy individuals' needs and to en- courage each student to make overall development. Under the background of curriculum reform of university, dy- namic difference evaluation should be made on students' different learning features in accordance with students' differences in basic knowledge, learning approaches, learning targets, etc about their key knowledge points in dif- ferent chapters. Flexible group classroom teaching and flexible group difference tutoring by means of network plat- form should be carried out based on their evaluation grades so as to establish a comprehensive diversified flexible group difference teaching system. It has been found that difference teaching has produced noticeable effect in that teachers can teach students in accordance with their aptitude, and students can engage in active learning in order to achieve the real unity of teaching and learning, and to based on their overall development, which is favorable promote students' individualized development at their most for cultivating innovative talents.
