Discussion on Present Female College Students′ Occupational Values and Education

当前女大学生的职业理想、就业动机、择业观念、就业心理以及职业规划意识既表现出积极、健康、向上、务实的发展趋势,同时又存在着一些问题。原因主要有社会经济转型带来的价值偏差、部分落后传统观念的影响、家庭教育环境不优的消极影响、同辈群体不良偏好的潜移默化,以及女大学生个体身心发展状况等。要运用多种途径教育和引导女大学生树立正确的职业价值观,不断改进高校职业价值观教育,改善家庭教育环境,形成社会教育合力,加强女大学生自我教育。

The present female college students＇ professional ideals, employment motivation, concept of job selec- employment psychology and consciousness of career planning have shown not only an active, healthy, progres- sive and practical trend, but also some problems. The causes of these mainly lie in their value deviation from social and economic transition, influence by some backward ideology, poor environment of family education, subtle influ- ence from peer groups and personal physical and psychological development. Correct occupational values should be established among female students by adopting multiple approaches and guidance, education of occupational values should be constantly promoted, family educational environment should be improved to form a combined social edu- cational force, self-education among female students should also be enhanced.
