摘要
本文在分析近年来多元化战略研究最新进展的基础上,将成本效率作为中国上市物流企业多元化战略与绩效的中介变量,检验了其是否发挥中介效应。结果表明:多元化战略对成本效率和企业绩效都有显著的影响;成本效率对绩效具有显著的影响;多元化战略对企业经营绩效的影响是通过成本效率实现的,研究结果支持企业的成本效率是多元化战略影响企业绩效的中介变量的假说,为探索多元化影响企业绩效的"暗箱"进行了一次有益的尝试。论文最后讨论了本研究的理论价值以及未来研究方向。
After reviewing the latest development in the researches of diversification strategy and performance, this paper chooses cost efficiency as the mediating variable between diversification strategy and performance of Chinese listed logistics companies. Results show that diversification has a significant effect on cost efficiency and performance. And cost efficiency has a significant effect on performance. Cost efficiency plays the mediating role between d/versification and performance. In the end, the paper discusses the significance and limitations.
