摘要
目的探究循证护理带教方法对本科护生创造力倾向的影响。方法将2008级本科实习护生随机分为观察组和对照组,分别用循证护理及传统护理方法进行临床带教,然后对2组实习护生进行理论和操作的考核及创造力倾向的测评,分析及评价其应用效果。结果循证护理带教后,观察组的成绩明显高于对照组,其创造力倾向也明显高于对照组。结论带教中引入循证护理能够提高护生的创造力,使护生在分析问题、解决问题能力均有所提高。
Objective To study the effects of evidence-based nursing teaching on creativity tendency of undergraduate nursing students. Methods Undergraduate nursing students in grade 2008 were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group was given evidence-based nursing teaching, and the control group was given traditional teaching. The theory and operation assessment and creativity tendency in the two groups were evaluated and analyzed. Results After evidence-based nursing teaching, the test results in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, their creativity tendency was also significantly higher than that in the control group. Conclusion The evidence-based nursing teaching can increase the creativity of nursing students, and improve the abilities of problem analyzing and solving.
