摘要
《幼儿园教师专业标准》基本理念是幼儿为本、师德为先、能力为重和终身学习。目前我国幼儿园教师文化还存在诸如教育教学价值理念“权威控制”、教育教学思维方式“求同”、价值理念与实际教育教学行为“脱节”、教师人际关系“马赛克”化等一系列问题。《幼儿园教师专业标准》的颁布有利于我国幼儿园教师文化建设,“爱心”、创新”、“反思”、“合作”将成为幼儿园教师文化建设努力的方向。
The basic philosophy of "gdndergarten Teachers' Professional Standards" is child-centered, virtue first, ability-oriented and lifelong authoritative control of education learning. At present, some problems arise in our kindergarten teachers such as and teaching ideas, seeking the same teaching mode of value ideas and the actual teaching behaviors and so on. The publicity of Standards is advantageous to "reflections", kindergarten thinking, disjunction of culture construction in our country.And "love", "innovation", "collaboration" will become direction of kindergarten teachers' culture construction.
