布拉酵母菌预防婴幼儿抗生素相关性腹泻的临床研究

Clinical study on saccharomyces bouiardii on prevention of antibiotic associated diarrhe

目的:探讨布拉酵母菌预防婴幼儿抗生素相关性腹泻的临床研究。方法:将51例患有支气管炎和肺炎住院的患儿按照随机原则分为观察组21例和对照组30例。观察组患儿自开始使用抗生素起口服布拉酵母菌125～250 mg/次,1～2次/d;对照组患儿仅使用抗生素,出现腹泻后两组患儿均加用蒙脱石散剂和补液治疗。比较两组患儿的抗生素相关性腹泻发生率及腹泻持续时间。结果:观察组患儿抗生素相关性腹泻发生率明显低于对照组,经比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿腹泻持续时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:布拉酵母菌能有效预防抗生素相关性腹泻。

Objective ：To investigate the prevention of antibiotic associated diarrhea in infants of saocharomyees clinical study. Methods ：51 cases suffering from bronchitis and pneumonia of infants hospitalized with randomly divided into the observation group 21 cases and control group 30 cases. In observation group since the beginning of the use of antibiotics on oral saccharomyces 125 - 250 mg every time,one or two times every day,infants in the control group only the use of antibiotics, diarrhea 8fter two were combined with montmoriUonite powder and fluid therapy. Compared two groups of children with antibiotic associated diarrhea incidence and duration of diarrhea. Results： The observation group with antibiotic associated diarrhea incidence was significantly lower than the control group ,the comparison with statistical significance（P 〈0.05）. Duration of diarrhoea in observation group was significantly shorter than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant（P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion：Saocharomyces is effective in the prevention of antibiotic associated diarrhea.
