对我国法官、检察官选任制度的思考

法官、检察官选任制度是否科学、完备直接关系到法官、检察官队伍的素质 ,并最终影响到司法公正的实现。因此 ,建立一套科学、完备的法官、检察官选任制度对我国依法治国方略的实现具有十分重要的意义。本文在对我国现行法官、检察官选任制度反思的基础上 ,借鉴西方国家法官、检察官选任制度的合理因素 ,结合我国实际 ,对我国法官、检察官的选任制度提出了切实的、合理的构想。
