首发精神分裂症住院患者家属心理状况调查分析

Investigation and analysis the psychological status among the families of the inpatients suffered initially from the schizophrenia

目的:了解首发精神分裂症住院患者家属普遍存在的心理问题。方法:采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对2011年4月～2012年3月期间符合调查对象条件的110例首发精神分裂症住院患者家属进行问卷调查,并与全国常模进行比较。结果:首发住院精神分裂症住院患者家属的躯体化、强迫症状、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执和精神病性的因子分均高于国内常模(P<0.05)。结论:家属和患者间的心理问题可交互影响,不能把心理治疗局限于患者个体,应将患者家属也列入心理干预系统,纠正家属的心理问题,从而能更好地为精神分裂症患者提供有效的家庭支持,对患者疾病的康复起到积极的作用。

Objective ： To understand the psychological problems existed commonly among the families of the inpatients suffered initially from the schizophre- nia. Methods：Adopted the SCL-90 to survey by questionnaire the families members of the 110 cases of the inpatients agreed xvith the conditions and suffered initially from the schizophrenia from April 2011 to March 2012, compared with the national routine mode. Results：The somatization, obsessive state, sensitive human relations, depression, anxiety, hostility, horror, paranoia, and the psychopathic factor marks of the families of the inpatients suffered initially from the schizophrenia were all higher than China＇s domestic routine mode（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion：The psychological problems of the families and of the inpatients will influence each other, so that the psychological treatment should not be confined only to the inpatients themselves,and their families would be included into the psychological interfering systems, and their psychological problems should be rectified, the effective family support would be provided to each of the patients suffered from the schizophrenia and this kind of support would be play an active role in the recovery.
