摘要
开关点预置的正弦脉宽调制变速恒频电源 ,对开关点进行最优设定 ,使得输出电压性能优良。由于 GTR的开关频率限制 ,传统的开关点预置控制方案为 9块波开关点预置最优 SPWM控制方案。本文详细地讨论了开关点预置 SPWM控制方案的理论 ,并针对以 IGBT作为主功率模块的变换器 ,通过提高斩波频率 ,采用 17块波的开关点预置最优 SPWM控制方案 ,进一步提高了输出电压质量和输出滤波器的谐振频率 ,减轻了输出滤波器体积重量 ,故也提高了系统效率。以40 k VA变速恒频电源变换器为例 ,运用相关变换器仿真软件对两种不同控制方案下的电源系统作出了仿真比较。
Sine pulse width modulation variable speed constant frequency (VSCF) power, used by switching node preset, the switching node is optimized, and the performance of the output voltage promoted. Because of the restriction of the GTR′s switching frequency, traditional control strategy for the switching node preset is the 9 wave modulation. This paper discusses the theory of switching node preset optimal PWM in detail. Further, taking the inverter used by IGBT for main power module as an example, the paper studies a new control strategy of 17 wave modulation. By raising the switching frequency, the output voltage is promoted. By rising the resonate frequency of output filter, it makes the inverter has smaller volume and more light weight, and efficiency of the system is increased. Finally, the simulation and the comparison are made between the two kinds of control strategies of the 40 kVA VSCF power system.
