射孔完井高产气井井筒压力温度预测

摘要 正确计算井筒温度是进行气井流压计算、水合物形成以及凝析液析出等气井生产动态分析的前提。对于射孔完井的气井,气体从储层流入井筒的过程中所产生的压降要大于裸眼完井时的压降。正确计算节流压降和温降,对计算射孔完井井筒中的压力温度具有重要作用。研究建立相应的模型,得到节流压降及温降、井筒压力及温度布分的计算方法。对一口射孔完井高产气井进行实例计算,得到节流压降、节流温降以及压力、温度沿井深的分布情况,并对射孔参数进行敏感性分析。 The correct calculation of borehole temperature is the basic work for pertorrnance anatysis, SUCh as the calculation of flow pressure in gas well, the formation of hydrate and the precipitation of condensate. For a perfora- ted completion gas well, there will be a higher pressure drop than that of a barefoot completion well. The correct calculation of throttle pressure drop and throttle temperature drop is of great importance to the correct calculation of the distribution of pressure and temperature in wellbore. Some models are established, acquiring computing method for throttle pressure drop, throttle temperature drop and the distribution of pressure and temperature in wellbore. The data of a highly produced and perforated completion gas well are used for calculation, getting throttle pressure drop, throttle temperature drop and the distribution of pressure and temperature along wellbore, and sensitivity a- nalysis towards perforating parameters is made.
