摘要
我国气体钻井用空压机多为国外进口产品,因其交货不及时售后服务滞后且设备价格昂贵,制约着我国气体钻井技术的发展。针对上述问题设计了KY100/30Q大流量钻井用空压机组,该装置将3台螺杆空气压缩机集中撬装成一个整体,采用3台变频电机分别驱动,独立控制,具有产气量大、流量精确可调、结构紧凑、运行噪声小等特点,可减少气体钻井中空压机的数量,减少设备占地面积,降低设备移运难度,促进气体钻井技术的进一步发展。
Most of the air and application of the gas compressors for gas drilling drilling in our country technology in our country due to its is imported, which restrict the development lagging in delivery and after- sale service, and expensive cost. KY100/30Q air compressor with high flow for gas drilling is designed, which skid - mounted with three screw air compressors drives respectively by three variable frequency motors with independent control. It has the characteristics of high gas production, precise flow regulation, compact structure, and low running noise, which can reduce the quantity of air compressor, the covering area of the device, and the moving difficulty of the e- quipment, particularly conducive to reduce the cost for gas drilling, and promote the further development of gas drilling technology.
