摘要
给出了一种主动控制机械加工精度的方法。首先利用计算机辅助识别技术结合振动测试技术 ,绘制出系统导纳图 ,得出特征参数 ,求出了五自由度机械系统的数学模型 ,然后复合计算机辅助设计和优化控制系统 ,求出优化参数 ,进行主动控制 ,得出闭环串联校正函数 ,经降阶后进行数字仿真表明可以极大地提高机械加工的精度。
Gives a method of active controlling mechanical working accuracy. Analysis and calibration in mechanical working and controlling systems, combining with vibration tests and drawing the receptance diagram, the mathematical model of mechanical system in 5DOF (degree of freedom) is got by computer aided identification. Optimizing the control systems and accomplishing active control by CAD (computer aided design), getting the optimize parameters, the series compensation function is obtained. At last, the digital simulation by depressing the power shows that the mechanical working accuracy is greatly improved.
