摘要
为了研究灌入式保水性路用水泥砂浆的组成和性能,选用了硅藻土、粉煤灰、矿粉、水泥、硅砂、蛭石粉等6种原料,设计了19组配比;分别研究了不同水胶比、不同硅砂掺量、不同蛭石粉取代量对灌入式保水路用水泥砂浆各项性能的影响。结果表明:在合理的工作性能下,降低水胶比、外掺硅砂、蛭石粉取代硅藻土,均能提高砂浆的力学性能,硅砂的最佳掺量为水泥的15%,蛭石粉掺量为硅藻土的30%。采用这六种材料按照合理的配比,均能配置出强度高、保水性良好的灌入式保水砂浆,可广泛用于城市保水性降温路面。
In order to do research on composition and performance of cement mortar for poured water retention pavement,we designed 19 different mix ratios by choosing diatomite,fly ash,mineral powder,cement,silica sand,vermiculite powder.Besides,the influence of water binder ratio,silica sand content,vermiculite powder substitution amount on performance of cement mortar.The results showed: keeping normal performance,mechanical properties of cement mortar can be developed by decreasing the water binder ratio,mixing with the silica sand(optimum is 15% of cement),replacing diatomite with vermiculite powder(optimum is 30% of diatomite).With rational mix ratio,cement mortar with good water retention and high strength can be widely used in water retention and cooling pavement in urban.
