摘要
针对目前沥青热氧老化预估研究的不足,利用旋转薄膜烘箱对SK90#沥青进行不同时间的老化,分析沥青的针入度、软化点、延度及粘度与老化时间的关系,并根据试验结果回归分析建立沥青老化后性能的非线性预估方程。研究结果表明:沥青的路用性能在老化过程中符合非线性数学方程;沥青老化存在最终老化量;利用建立的沥青老化方程可以较为精准的预估沥青在不同老化时刻的针入度、软化点、延度等性能,同时可以预测沥青在不同时刻的老化速率。
In allusion to the drawback of asphalt and oxygen aging research,SK90#asphalt was test by rotating thin film oven test in different RTFOT time,and needle penetration,softening point,ductility and viscosity of asphalt sample was test after then.Nonlinear prediction of asphalt aging was established according to the esperimental result.The results show that the discipline of asphalt aging accord with nonlinear equation of math.Needle penetration,softening point,ductility and viscosity of asphalt in different aging could be forecast by this nonlinear equation,and at the same time,aging rate could also be calculated by it.Another conclusion was there exist an equilibrium value in asphalt aging.
