摘要
由于施工处理不当、地质情况复杂等原因特别是在弃土堆、山坡洼地、河流冲积地带等地区,软土、淤泥等软弱土质覆盖较厚,造成桥墩桩基和立柱偏位的现象时有发生。桥梁桩基和立柱一般直径大、造价高、施工难度大,当出现较大偏位甚至破坏时一般需要在原位继续成桩,施工难度更大,工期也难以控制[1-4]。为了保证结构的安全可靠和工期,同时为消除存在的隐患,桥墩立柱偏位后的纠偏处治方案是非常重要的,也是经常要用到的。本文阐述了湖南省郴宁高速公路某桥梁8号墩立柱偏位的原因分析及纠偏处治方案的实施,希望能为同类工程提供参考。
Due to improper construction processing or complicated geological conditions,e.g.,construction on deserted mound,hillside depression,river alluvial region or other regions with silted soft soil or thick soft soil covered land,the offset of bridge pile foundation and column occurs frequently.Generally,because of the large diameter,high building cost and construction difficulties of the bridge pile foundation and column,when significant offset or destruction occurs,in situ continual piling is needed,which is with great construction and duration control difficulties.In order to guarantee the structure reliability and proper duration of the project,pier column offset rectification treatment is very important and relatively common.This paper describes cause analysis,treatment plan and rectification implementation for pier column offset of Chenning highway(from Chenzhou to Ningyuan) bridge 8 in Hunan province,which would be a practical and useful reference for engineers in similar projects.
